Do you supply the alcohol?
No. We don’t hold an alcohol licence and we don’t sell alcohol. At licensed venues, all alcohol is bought and sold through the venue, under its own licence and from its suppliers.
We tell the venue exactly what to order on our spec sheet, and we make everything else: the syrups, cordials, juices and garnishes that turn it into your menu.
What do you need from our venue?
Spirits (ordered through the venue), ice, glassware and some fridge and freezer space. Our spec sheet sets it all out, and we deal with the venue, caterer and planner directly so you don’t have to.
Can we taste the drinks first?
Yes. Before the day you get a tasting: either a box of fridge-stable samples to try at home, or a short tasting in person. We fine-tune from there.
Do you do alcohol-free drinks?
Properly. Our menus usually start with an alcohol-free welcome drink alongside the Prosecco, and every alcohol-free drink is made for an adult palate, with the same care as the rest of the menu.
What does pre-batched mean?
We mix each cocktail in bulk ahead of service, diluted and balanced, so every serve is poured rather than built from scratch. It’s how many of the best bars in the world serve cocktails quickly.
Everything is batched on site the day before or the morning of your event, using ingredients we make by hand. The result: fast service, and the last drink tastes exactly like the first.
How many weddings do you take?
A limited number each year, so we can give every couple our full attention. If you have a date in mind, it’s worth getting in touch early.
How do you handle allergens?
Every menu comes with written allergen information for each drink. Tell us early about any allergies or dietary needs among your guests (egg white, nuts and dairy are the usual suspects) and we’ll design around them.
How does pricing work?
Every menu is quoted individually. We charge a service fee, never per drink or per package. The ingredients we prepare are invoiced at cost and shown separately, and alcohol, ice, glassware and fridges are bought through your venue or suppliers.
A deposit holds your date, and paying early gets you a discount on the service fee.
Do you work with bars and restaurants?
Yes. We help bars serve cocktails faster and more consistently with pre-batch systems, house-made syrups and super juices, menu audits and staff training. Here’s how.
